We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kiwigo. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable are not eligible.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal care and health products cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service team at support@kiwigo.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • We’ll review your request and provide return instructions.

  • Do not send back items without contacting us first.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges will be processed after the returned item is received.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
